Given the unique OOAK nature of our pieces all sales are FINAL.

However we do want you to love your new treasure so if you feel there is a problem with your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. 

Please ensure you check measurements and don't just take a guess (this is the number one reason people are not happy with their pieces). Photos should not be used as an accurate fit guide. If you don't have a tape measure there are measuring apps you can use on your phone. It's always best to compare measurements against a similar item of clothing rather than against your body.

Please keep this in mind when browsing. All our clothing is made using vintage and preloved fabrics, there may occasionally be very small repairs, threads, marks or pattern/dye inconsistencies. We do our best to avoid these but it does happen. We believe these perfectly imperfect quirks add to the beauty of these fabrics and should be embraced.
