* Free domestic (Australia) shipping is available for all orders with a total checkout value of $160 or over once any other discounts or offers have been applied. Please contact us for further details if unsure.

All items are packed and shipped from Australia. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Shipping is calculated by weight and location. Unfortunately we cannot offer any discounts on shipping, these prices are set by Australia Post who we find to offer the most competitive pricing.

* Postage within Australia is via tracked Regular Parcel Post.
* Postage internationally is via tracked Air Mail.
* Options for Express Post (domestic) can be selected at checkout.

Your order will be updated with tracking details. Please ensure your delivery details are correct to ensure a smooth delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or unclaimed deliveries once they enter the postal system. If an order is returned as 'return to sender/undelivered' the cost to re-ship will be the buyers responsibility. If an order cannot be re-shipped, a 15% restocking fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DOMESTIC
* Regular Parcel Post will take approx. 5 business days to reach you 
* Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL
* Air Mail will take approx. 10 business days from Australia. Please be aware that occasionally parcels can be held up along the way for various reasons out of our control. We've been shipping worldwide since 2008, we promise it's extremely rare for a parcel to actually go missing, but they do occasionally get held up.   
* Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.                     
* Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges and VAT that may be incurred. If a parcel is returned because of customs refusal a 20% re-stocking fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please check your country's customs requirements before purchasing. 
* Once your parcel arrives in your own country you can also use the tracking number on your local postal service website for more detailed tracking info, eg. USPS for the US, Royal Mail for the UK, etc etc.
